Preparing to be Prepared
This time last year, I did something that I have never done before.
I actually thoroughly reviewed the current year and then made some plans for the New Year.
When I say “review” I mean about four hours of pondering over the highs and lows.
Then I spent the same amount of time considering what the New Year would bring.
So, my challenge to you today is to review this year honestly.
Alongside brutal honesty, comes liberating truth and somehow, an ability to lay hold of the immediate future in a way that without the honesty, simply isn’t possible.
Here are some questions to ask yourself that may help you along the way…
What one thing scared you the most this year?
What one thing made you feel brave this year?
If you were to write a letter to 2015, what would you say?
